15 Saeko And Her Sister
As you bond more with Saeko, she reveals more about her relationship with her sister and how she pushed herself away from her after the death of their mother. Despite this, Saeko still watches over her sister.
She intervenes when she believes her sister’s boyfriend is taking advantage of her and runs him out of town with the help of Ichiban. While another, better man decides to try and win her over, this is where the story ends. Whether or not Saeko and her sister talked after the events of the story is a mystery, and it’s unknown if they ever reconnected.
14 What Happened To Mabuchi?
Mabuchi played an important part in the main plot of Yakuza: Like A Dragon, being the one responsible to start the domino effect that drags Ichiban and friends into the underground world of Isezaki Ijincho. After revealing his connection to the Omi Alliance, Mabuchi doesn’t return until Zhao’s bonding story.
There, Zhao works with Ichiban to try and convince Mabuchi to flee town before Seong-hui hunts him down and kills him. He refuses, and Zhao decides to try and beat sense into him. He gives an emotional speech to him, but whether or not Zhao’s words got through to Mabuchi is never revealed.
13 How Was Kiryu Contacted?
Kiryu stepped down from the protagonist role in Yakuza 6, but that doesn’t mean he’s done appearing in the Yakuza world. During the brawl at Omi Alliance Headquarters, Kiryu reveals himself by defending Watase from an attacker.
Watase reveals that he hired him for backup, but it’s never explained how he found and convinced him to help. Considering some of his closest friends and allies like Majima and Daigo weren’t even able to find him, the task was no easy feat, and it’s never shown or explained how Watase managed the impossible.
12 Who Is Kamulop?
Kamulop is a mascot for Kamurocho, but for most of the game isn’t present. Later on, Ichiban receives a message saying that he can help him out. After traveling to Grande Blu Marino, Kamulop is there.
Turns out, he’s an ex-Tojo Clan member who wants to make sure the clan’s legacy doesn’t disappear and asks Ichiban to give him any discarded Tojo Crests he finds. While it seems simple, Kamulop seems to be someone with powerful connections, as he is able to put Ichiban in contact with Daigo and Watase for Poundmates usage. It’s never revealed who Makulop really is, but he has to be someone who was high up in the Tojo Clan.
11 Tokyo Omi Alliance
After Daigo and Watase announce the disbanding of both the Tojo Clan and Omi Alliance, yakuza remnants aren’t quick to back down. Those left without a Clan decide to carry on with the Omi Alliance under a new name, the Tokyo Omi Alliance.
The Tokyo Omi Alliance continues to work with Aoki to further his agenda, though in a short amount of time goes through three different Captains. After the arrest of the last acting Captain Tendo and the death of Aoki, what happens to the Tokyo Omi Alliance is never explained, and it’s not known if they are still around in any capacity or if they dissolved entirely without leadership.
