The iPad 4 represents quite a modest improvement. Although it certainly is faster, iPad 3 owners are probably not going to feel the need to spend another £400. That said, if you’re a first-time buyer, what are you waiting for - this is the best iPad yet, and it has some incredible performance to back it up.
