Alright, let’s start this off by saying that every single character in Overwatch has its uses. These are the heroes who I personally feel people use when the situation doesn’t call for it. Or they stay on these characters when they’re explicitly being countered by the enemy team. I know that every hero in Overwatch is meticulously balanced to be useful in their own ways.
