With the newest Assassin’s Creed game out on the market with Valhalla, Ubisoft has given players free reign to explore ninth century England and Norway as Viking raider Eivor. The game builds upon most of the RPG aspects introduced in Origins and Odyssey with one of those aspects being pressed with choices in dialogue and gameplay be it good or, in this lists case, dark. Though the game lacks a morality system seen in other games, the player can have Eivor do so rather dark things throughout the game, whether it is part of the main quest or not....

Eager fans who secured their Injustice: Gods Among Us copy for launch at a local GameStop (in the U.S.) or Game (in the UK) are set to receive the “Red Son” DLC Pack free of charge. We’re back with yet another Saints Row: The Third Cherished Memory, this one featuring the always crazy Professor Genki, and, for a little change of pace, a piece of Saints Row news that might disappoint some gamers. To keep things light though, let’s focus on the Cherished Memory trailer first, which sees Genki leaping over a wave of zombies on a motorcycle. Of course this isn’t the actual Professor Genki, of Professor Genki’s Super Ethical Reality Climax fame, this is simply the player’s character wearing the Genki stunt suit, a DLC bonus included with pre-orders of the game....

What makes the Silent Hill series so absolutely terrifying can be attributed to a number of elements. The atmosphere of the abandoned town of Silent Hill can, at its best, make the player feel utterly lost and alone. The monsters are often bizarre and horrific - one can’t help but be utterly terrified of them. Plus, the game’s effort to delve deep into the psyche of the main character can often bring up rather disturbing information that the player didn’t expect....
