Though Nioh can be seen as a spiritual successor to the series, it would still be nice to see another adventure featuring Ryu Hayabusa and his quest to avenge his father....

Thanks to Bethesda’s showcase in the E3 or 2021, fans now have a bit more to speculate on when it comes to the upcoming big open-world RPG science-fiction game Starfield. Described as a Han Solo simulator, players will in true Bethesda fashion be able to create any type of main character they want with high customization and travel the stars as a member of a group called Constellation. Given Bethesda’s track record and history of open-world RPGs, and the fact that Starfield will be on the same engine as Fallout 4 and Skyrim, it’s safe to make some assumptions and speculations about what the game will look and feel like....
Yakuza: Like a Dragon recently released for both old-gen and new-gen, though unfortunately, PlayStation 5 owners will have to wait until it releases in March of next year. Though it’s the seventh mainline title in the Yakuza franchise, this latest title shakes things up but switching genres and presenting fans with an RPG experience instead. Yakuza titles have always offered dense areas for players to explore, with plenty of humor and action to be found throughout the main story and sub-stories....
After years of waiting, fans of the Ace Attorney series are finally receiving a new game. Titled The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, this title is releasing on PC, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch. The last Ace Attorney game released worldwide was Spirit of Justice, back in 2016 for the Nintendo 3DS. The series is known for its clever writing and for being high-quality detective games with unforgettable characters. There’s a lot more to The Great Ace Attorney than meets the eye....
Little Hope is the next entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology. Like the episode before it, Man of Medan, Little Hope shares a lot of similar story traits. Traits that some may be confused by. This is all to say the game leaves a lot up to the player to deduce for themselves because there are a lot of unanswered questions and/or things that don’t make sense. Visage may be the most terrifying game on the market to date, which makes sense as it was literally created to be a spiritual successor to the infamous (and canceled) P.T./Silent Hills. The entire experience is one that does not let down and is exactly what gamers would have expected had P.T. been made into a completed game. Visage nails the terror aspect of gameplay so well that it’s all too easy to miss details about the characters simply because the player’s sole focus is to get as far away from them as (in)humanly possible, even if the “monster” is the protagonist himself....

At Sony’s E3 2013 Press Conference, an Assassin’s Creed 4 developer took the stage to show off his team’s latest game. Unfortunately, as is sometimes the case with a live demo, the footage fell victim to a few technical problems. The AC4 footage wasn’t unwatchable, it just “hiccuped” numerous times. Thankfully, Ubisoft has been kind enough to put the full demo online (sans technical glitches) for all to see. Now fans can see how protagonist Edward Kenway stacks up against the likes of Ezio, Altair, and his grandson Connor....
Last week, The Pokemon Company hosted a special presentation where it unveiled a number of upcoming Pokemon projects, including the highly-anticipated New Pokemon Snap. It concluded its presentation by teasing another big Pokemon announcement for June 24, which has now been revealed to be a Pokemon MOBA called Pokemon Unite. Pokemon Unite is in development by Tencent’s TiMi Studios, the company behind a number of other MOBA games and the popular Call of Duty Mobile....
With less than two weeks until the game’s release, most figured that the roster for Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) was all locked up. That is, until Disney starts announcing expansion plans for their toys to life title. In a surprise last minute announcement, however, Disney Infinity has added two more characters to its roster, both of which have strong ties to the Marvel movie brand. Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy and Falcon from Captain America are the latest to join Disney Infinity and will be available some time next year....
After rumors of BioWare developing a next-gen installment for the Dragon Age series, one that would introduce multiplayer to the franchise much like Mass Effect 3, caught the industry’s attention, the true details began to leak for the of the inevitable threequel.
